This hotel is the epitome of luxury with its exclusive amenities that make you feel like a VIP. the indoor swimming pool is a great addition with comfortable sun loungers to relax. the room advantages are just as impressive with private facilities fitted with modern and convenient features.
The restaurant could expand their non, experimental menu to provide more basic meal options but this was a minor issue.

The bathroom layout was a bit unusual without a door, but we were really surprised that the Aircon in fan mode with high speed effectively minimized any potential smells. The central location was convenient, within walking distance of Southerncross station. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast choices were varied and delicious. We also enjoyed the nearby Hubei restaurant and cafe.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of delicious options. The pool is relaxing and lovely, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. the hotel is very near to the Southern Cross main railway station, making transportation convenient.
The restaurant menu lacks basic options like fish and chips or a Caesar salad, which may disappoint some guests.
